With more than two decades of experience in the insurance claims industry, Luke is known for his eye for detail and for building strong and lasting relationships with his clients. He joined the family business in 2002, after graduating from Sam Houston State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Over the next decade, he grew quickly through the ranks as he proved his passion and business savvy. As managing partner, Luke serves as claims manager; director of business development, operations and finance; and large-loss property claims supervisor. He is active in the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters, serving on the executive board as regional vice president from 2011-2013.
Bernie has been officially retired from daily office responsibilities for several years, though he is still valued and relied upon frequently as a claims and general business consultant. He currently serves as chair of the board, having formerly served as president of the company for 32 years. Bernie is renowned and well-respected for the importance he places on valuable relationships, mentoring his four children, many employees and countless others. Bernie attended University of Houston, playing football as part of an indomitable clan of six Brezina brothers.
Matt joined the family business in 1997, specializing in casualty and auto physical damage. Asserting a leadership role in this growing service line, he was quickly promoted to quality assurance supervisor and assignment coordinator for physical damage appraisals. He became a partner at the firm in 2011. While he is not currently a daily member of the claims team, he continues to lead as vice president and secretary of the board. Matt attended Texas Tech University and Sam Houston State University, ultimately earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
